PB4L: The Mangapapa Way
What DOEs PB4L (Positive Behaviour for Learning) look like at Mangapapa School?
REACH STAR CARDS & MKid REACH DRAW CERTIFICATES
Our MKids are able to earn clicks/stickers on their REACH Star card for making great REACH choices in and out of the classroom.
When learners receive ten clicks/stickers, they take their completed star card to the REACH box.
Each week at Assembly one child from each year group/Learning Neighbourhood has their REACH card drawn out of the box.
Those six MKids receive a MKid Award - REACH Draw certificate, get an ice block and are able to enjoy assembly from the comfort of a chair.
They also have their photo taken so that we can celebrate these MKids and their great REACH choices with our school community on our school Facebook page.
REACH WRISTBANDS
Once our MKids have completed 10 REACH Star cards, they receive a REACH wrist band!
Our MKids are excited about collecting the whole set!
